This summer is all about nautical accents. Whether you are actually going to be in Marthas Vineyard this weekend is besides the point. You can still look like you just stepped off a sailboat with these adorable pieces.

Now that the sun is blazing and the days are hot, I want to wear bright colors and pretend I am headed to the boardwalk – instead of to work. These retro neon colors remind me of middle school (in a good way). All I need to do now is tease my hair and get a skateboard.

One of my favorite stores for basics is J.Crew off-shoot Madewell 1937. They have perfect fitting jeans and the softest tissue tees. I went into one of my favorite stores in my Brooklyn neighborhood Stuart and Wright. Where I have never actually bought anything but I go to regularly to ogle all of the eye candy and beautifully crafted items (that I can't afford). Today I found something really spectacular...these beautiful baubles by Lizze Fortunato. I love the tribal details and bohemian vibe of these pieces.
